
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Comrade Pham Thi Phuong Hanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Health said: Responding to the Appeal Letter of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province to support people to overcome the damage caused by storms No. 10 and No. 11, with the spirit of "mutual love and support", all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector with a heart of compassion, social responsibility and deep sharing, join hands to contribute to support people in areas affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11. Each contribution, no matter how small or large, has great significance, contributing to helping people overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, restore production, and feel secure in working and studying. This is also a practical action, demonstrating the spirit of humanity, social responsibility and noble qualities of health workers.
In recent days, storm No. 10 (Bualoi) and storm No. 11 (Matmo) have caused great damage to people and property. The health sector has proactively deployed measures to ensure medical examination and treatment, emergency care in storm and flood conditions, and to avoid interruption of medical examination and treatment for people.

At the launching ceremony, with the participation of many cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire health sector, the total amount of donations collected was over 3 billion VND. This amount was given by the Department of Health to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

On this occasion, the Department of Health received 1,000 family medicine bags donated by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health. The medicine bags were handed over by the Department of Health to the provincial health centers to soon deliver to people in areas affected by the storm.
