At the ceremony, delegates and young members reviewed the 85-year journey of building and developing the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization - an organization of Vietnamese children founded and led by President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Throughout various historical periods, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization has always been a meaningful environment for education and training, contributing to the cultivation of morality, character, patriotism, and the will to strive for excellence in generations of Vietnamese children.

Over the years, the Youth Union's activities and children's movements in Phu Luong ward have achieved many positive results with many practical and meaningful activities such as: the "Vietnamese Children Competing to Follow the Five Teachings of Uncle Ho" movement, activities of gratitude and helping friends overcome difficulties, the "Small Plan" movement, cultural, artistic, and sports activities...

This contributes to creating a healthy environment for children to study, train, and develop comprehensively, becoming good children, good students, good Young Pioneers, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Doan Thi Thu Ha, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Youth Union organization, the teachers in charge of Youth Union activities, and the young members, teenagers, and children in the ward over the past period.

To continue upholding the glorious traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, the comrade suggested that the Youth Union and the Children's Council of the ward continue to innovate the content and methods of their activities, identifying the care and education of children and young people as a central task; and organize more beneficial and healthy playgrounds to help children develop comprehensively in skills and thinking.

The comrade also requested that Party committees, government agencies, departments, mass organizations, and parents continue to pay attention to investing in facilities and creating favorable conditions for children to study and play in a safe and happy environment. The comrade hoped that outstanding Young Pioneers would continue to uphold their exemplary roles, spreading the spirit of diligence, academic excellence, solidarity, and mutual assistance, thus proving themselves worthy of being called "good children of Uncle Ho."

At the ceremony, the Phu Luong Ward Youth Council commended and rewarded 28 outstanding youth members from 7 primary and secondary schools in the area; and honored 7 teachers who served as Youth Union leaders and made outstanding contributions to the Youth Union's work and children's movement.

The Organizing Committee also presented gifts of gratitude to 7 teachers who were former Head of the Youth Union in various periods; and awarded gifts and English scholarships to disadvantaged Youth Union members who excelled in their studies and actively participated in Youth Union activities.

On this occasion, the Ward Youth Council also awarded prizes for the AI application video production competition with the theme "Our Youth Union Grows Up with the Country".
