Thanh Xuan District discusses and collects opinions on draft amendments to the Constitution

Accordingly, on May 21, 2025, the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District organized a conference of key officials of the whole district to discuss and collect opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. The conference received positive and enthusiastic contributions to the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution from departments, offices, agencies, units, People's Committees of wards, schools and especially secretaries of Party cells of residential areas in the district.

Vice Chairman of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Le Trung Cuong said that collecting public opinions is an important step in the process of building and promulgating the Constitution. Thereby, it contributes to building a constitutional basis for implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus, building, perfecting, and improving the efficiency of the political system, meeting the requirements and tasks of rapid and sustainable national development in the new era - the era of striving for strong, prosperous development of the nation.

In addition to the conference of key officials, the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan district requested departments, agencies, units, and People's Committees of wards to continue to organize dissemination and propaganda about the purpose, significance, requirements, and documents related to the organization of collecting opinions from people, sectors, and levels on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people in appropriate forms so that the collection of opinions is effective and practical.

Organize the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution in a timely manner, ensuring democracy, objectivity, publicity, transparency, and following proper procedures; receive and synthesize fully, honestly, and accurately the opinions of individuals and organizations.

The District People's Committee requests departments, offices, agencies and units under the district to deploy to all cadres, civil servants and public employees to contribute opinions through the following forms: Directly contribute opinions on the VneID application, contribute opinions on the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal, and contribute opinions in writing to the District People's Committee.

“The district strives for at least 90% of local residents to participate in giving opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VneID application,” added Vice Chairman of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Le Trung Cuong.
