Implementing some new documents on Party building work

On the afternoon of October 20, implementing Official Dispatch No. 39-CV/BTCĐU dated October 27, 2025 of the Government Party Committee's Organizing Committee on disseminating a number of new documents related to Party building and organization work, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an online disseminating conference, connecting with the Government Party Committee's bridge.

Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the Conference.

At the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , there were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry; leaders and staff of the advisory and support departments of the Party Committee of the Ministry; representatives of the affiliated Party Committees in the country and 71 affiliated Party Committees abroad.

At the Conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang disseminated a number of new documents on Party organization and building work such as: Regulation No. 368 dated September 8, 2025 of the Politburo on the list of positions, groups of positions, and leadership positions of the political system; Regulation No. 377 dated October 8, 2025 of the Politburo on decentralization of cadre management and planning, appointment, nomination, temporary suspension, dismissal, resignation, and dismissal of cadres; Conclusion No. 198 dated October 8, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy of evaluating leaders and managers in the political system.

Next, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission, disseminated Regulation No. 365 dated August 30, 2025 of the Politburo on standards for titles of cadres under the management of the Party Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat and the framework of standards for titles of cadres, leaders and managers at all levels; Regulation No. 366 dated August 30, 2025 of the Politburo on review, assessment and classification of quality for collectives and individuals in the political system; Regulation No. 367 dated September 4, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of issues on internal political protection of the Party.

Concluding the Conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang emphasized the role of the newly issued documents of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work; at the same time, requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to closely coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee to complete draft guidelines; continue to carefully study documents to lead, direct, thoroughly grasp, concretize, organize synchronous, unified and effective implementation, and soon bring the Party's regulations and conclusions into life.

Mr. Hoang Dang Quang requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to widely disseminate the results of Party Congresses at all levels to all cadres, Party members and people; promptly promulgate working regulations, develop a working program for the entire term of the Party committees; complete and arrange positions that are not local people as agreed in principle by the Politburo and Secretariat, to be completed before December 15. Carry out the assignment and completion of members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretaries and complete many leadership positions of the People's Council, People's Committee, departments and branches according to the personnel plan to ensure democracy, objectivity and compliance with regulations.

In addition, according to the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee, it is necessary to deploy the organization of the political system according to a new model, ensuring smooth, effective operation, close to the people, serving the people better. In addition, Party committees and organizations at all levels actively participate in the preparation work for the 14th National Party Congress, especially contributing quality opinions to the Draft Documents submitted to the Congress; carefully prepare for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

At the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Conference received serious and responsible responses from Party committees and organizations at all levels at home and abroad. Delegates assessed the practical exchange content, promptly resolved problems, and contributed to improving the effectiveness of Party building and organization work in the entire Party Committee of the Ministry.
