Bringing Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style closer to the people.
At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space model has been developed with many educational and highly applicable contents. The model aims to further promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, while contributing to building a modern, friendly, and humanistic workplace culture.
The space is harmoniously designed with many prominent exhibition areas such as the "Learning and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" corner; the area introducing the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; and the area providing information about 5 of his works recognized as National Treasures.
The exhibition content is also regularly updated according to different themes and topics to create appeal and increase the effectiveness of propaganda. In addition, the Center has arranged a bookshelf with more than 50 books on the life, career, and ideology of Ho Chi Minh, along with many e-books to serve the learning and research needs of officials, civil servants, and the public.

A highlight of the model is the application of digital technology in exhibition and information retrieval. Images and documents are integrated with QR codes, allowing viewers to easily access the electronic database, in-depth articles, and even tour the Ho Chi Minh Museum in 3D on a digital platform via mobile devices. The combination of traditional cultural space with modern technology not only enhances the effectiveness of information dissemination but also creates a more accessible and convenient environment for people to access information.
According to Luu Hieu Trung, Director of the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center, as soon as the province launched the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space model, the unit proactively registered to implement it with the desire to contribute to educating officials and civil servants to effectively implement the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh. This aims to enhance their sense of responsibility and attitude in serving the people. At the same time, through the images and documents displayed at the Center, the values of Ho Chi Minh's ethics and style will continue to spread to the people and the business community, contributing to building an image of dedicated and responsible officials and civil servants who serve the people even better.
The model also aims to build a team of officials and civil servants who are "loyal, honest, dedicated, creative, and exemplary"; thereby improving the quality of service to the people, promoting administrative reform and digital transformation in public service activities, and meeting the development requirements of the new era.
Building a workplace environment rich in cultural identity.
Not only in state administrative agencies, the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space model has also been implemented by many units and businesses, adapting to their specific operational characteristics, contributing to deepening the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's example. At the Agribank Duc Hue Bac Long An Branch Party Committee, the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space was built to further promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among cadres, Party members, and employees; and at the same time contribute to building a working environment rich in Agribank's cultural identity.
The exhibition space displays many valuable images and documents about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; it integrates QR codes to allow cadres, Party members, and workers to easily look up information and access documents on digital platforms. This contributes to the widespread dissemination of the ideological, moral, and stylistic values of President Ho Chi Minh throughout the unit. The launch of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space not only creates another meaningful place for political activities and traditional education but also contributes to making the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's example a voluntary and regular action for each cadre, Party member, and worker.
According to Truong Tan Buu, Director of Agribank's Duc Hue Bac Long An Branch, the construction of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space is a practical activity aimed at educating about traditions, raising awareness and responsibility among cadres and employees in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's example. This contributes to building a united and responsible team, improving customer service quality, and working towards the goal of building a sustainably developing Agribank, continuing to maintain its role as a leading commercial bank in investing in the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.

Through concrete and practical models, the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space is gradually becoming a "bridge" connecting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style into the daily lives of cadres, Party members, and the people. Not only does it contribute to traditional education and the dissemination of President Ho's positive values, but these models also create momentum for building a civilized, modern, responsible, and humane working environment in the current digital transformation era.
