Regulations on the use of electronic Party Member Handbooks throughout the Party

Electronic Party Member Handbook is used for official and probationary party members, party committees and party cells throughout the Party.

On behalf of the Secretariat, Politburo member and Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has just signed and issued Regulation No. 339-QD/TW of the Secretariat on the use of the electronic Party Member Handbook application.

Regulation 339-QD/TW stipulates the functions, applicable subjects, contents, principles and methods of implementing the use of the electronic Party Member Handbook application in the digital environment.

According to Regulation 339-QD/TW, the application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook deployed by the Central Committee is used uniformly throughout the Party. Information on the Electronic Party Member Handbook application ensures compliance with Party regulations and State laws.

Party members, Party committees and Party cells, when using this application, must strictly follow the contents of the electronic Party Member Handbook application and follow the correct hierarchy, authority and regulations of the Party.
