Marketing solutions from LocaMos will bring a new approach to consumers.
In order to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam in doing business and attracting customers, on the afternoon of July 14, LocaMos Technology Joint Stock Company held a press conference to launch the program "Supporting SMEs with new generation marketing."
Accordingly, businesses in the program will participate in the ecosystem of this technology-marketing (martech) company through the LocaMos application completely free of charge.
LocaMos is an application that provides a new generation of marketing tools that bring many benefits to businesses, including LocaGift, LocaBiz and Loca e-Voucher. LocaGift allows businesses to introduce products at "gift hunting points" and create relationships with customers; LocaBiz is a feature to manage loyal customers; Loca e-Voucher is a solution to issue electronic vouchers to save costs and provide detailed customer information.
Toolkits help businesses simplify the product introduction process, enhance customer experience, stimulate consumption and increase customer loyalty.
Since its launch on January 1, 2023, the LocaMos platform has had more than 700,000 users and nearly 3,000 businesses applying platform technologies such as VR (virtual reality), AR (augmented reality), Big data (big data), blockchain (blockchain)..., to help improve customer experience when accessing local businesses.
Instead of having to pay advertising costs on social networking platforms such as Facebook, Yourtube, Tiktok to develop new customers, small and medium-sized businesses only need to register for free to join the LocaMos ecosystem and create discount campaigns for the application user community through issuing discount e-vouchers.
Speaking at the program launch event, Mr. Vu Quyet, Founder of LocaMos said: “Through this program, we want to contribute our experience and value to support new, small businesses with limited marketing experience and resources. Our unique and cost-effective method allows them to reach customers effectively, thereby creating consumer motivation."
Through the above program, LocaMos aims to support 10,000 small and medium enterprises, and attract 5,000,000 new users by the end of 2023. This is the premise for LocaMos to reach out to the international market and affirm the position of Vietnamese technology on the world technology map.
