The Party Executive Committee has 13 comrades; the Standing Committee has 3 comrades; the Inspection Committee has 5 comrades. The grassroots trade union has 252 union members. The Youth Union has 61 comrades.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism closely followed the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Party Committee of the bloc, leading and directing the Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the staff departments coordinated to organize the New Year's Eve Art Program with the theme "Tra Vinh brightens up the spring" and the artistic fireworks display attracted over 60 thousand viewers; the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the 135th Birthday of President Ho Chi Minh , the 65th Anniversary of Tra Vinh - Thai Binh twinning and celebrating Tra Vinh province's completion of the task of building a new rural area...

Coordinated the organization of the Ceremony to announce the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ca Hom mat making in Ham Tan commune, Tra Cu district and completed the documents to include in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the province and the country. Coordinated with the People's Committee of Cau Ke district to organize the ceremony to announce the Decision and receive the certificate of ranking the historical relic of Phi Rum Soc pagoda, Cau Ke district. Up to now, the whole province has 58 ranked relics, including 16 national relics and 42 provincial relics. Installed 14 signs to the relics in districts and towns. The relic sites welcomed about 116,000 visitors.

In the field of sports, 7 athletes were sent to the national team and youth team; 1 national sports tournament was hosted. Teams were sent to participate in 5/37 tournaments in the national system.and achieved 29/165 medals of all kinds (17.6% of the plan). Coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize a Cross Country and Walking Competition in response to the Olympic Running Day for the Health of the People in 2025, with 8 units and about 2,000 participants; Aikya Cross Country Marathon Tra Vinh 2025 with 4 competition distances attracting about 4,200 athletes to participate...

In the field of tourism, 3 tourist accommodation establishments have been assessed and recognized; 5 business establishments have met the standards for serving tourists. The province currently has 138 tourist accommodation establishments; 1 commercial center and 33 restaurants selling specialties, souvenirs, food and beverage businesses, and entertainment establishments that meet the standards for serving tourists.

Along with that, the Party building work has been well implemented; the work of propaganda, ideological education, dissemination and implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives has been well implemented. The ideological situation of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers is stable, positive, and always proactive in performing assigned tasks...

On this occasion, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the Decision on retirement with social insurance benefits and according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP, Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government for 9 comrades. In addition, it announced Decision No. 368/QD-SNV of the Department of Home Affairs on transferring 5 civil servants of the Inspectorate of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tra Vinh to work at the Provincial Inspectorate from July 1, 2025.
