Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee currently has 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, with 478 grassroots Party organizations and 48,586 Party members, accounting for over 4.72% of the province's population; of which, there are 9,023 young Party members (accounting for 18.57%).
In recent times, Party committees and organizations in the province have seriously implemented emulation and reward work in conjunction with setting an example, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The review, evaluation and classification of Party member quality have been carried out strictly and in accordance with regulations.
From 2022 to 2024, the entire Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee has 115,535 party members whose quality is assessed and classified according to regulations. Of which, 98.90% completed their tasks well, 15.51% completed their tasks excellently, 2.31% completed their tasks and 0.50% did not complete their tasks.

In order to recognize, commend, honor, and promote typical examples, new factors who are young, dynamic, creative, courageous party members who have successfully completed their tasks for 3 consecutive years, period 2022 - 2024. The Provincial Party Standing Committee has selected 142 outstanding young party members (accounting for 2.38% of party members who have successfully completed their tasks) to commend and reward. These are exemplary party members, with a firm ideological stance, leading the patriotic emulation movement and selected for the right target, publicly, substantially, as a basis for discovering and nurturing a source of leaders and managers in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lam Minh Dang praised the achievements that the exemplary young party members have made in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that the comrades would continue to promote the achieved results, be a shining example, and create a widespread influence throughout the Party and society.

In the coming time, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lam Minh Dang suggested that Party committees and organizations strengthen propaganda and dissemination of the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, especially his simple and noble lifestyle, to help young Party members absorb and apply it in their work and life. Continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW (term XIII) on Party building and rectification; resolutely prevent and combat ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".
Focus on thoroughly implementing Regulation 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period and regulations on setting examples for cadres and party members.

Continue to direct the serious implementation of the work of evaluating and classifying the quality of party members annually in accordance with the correct procedures and regulations. From there, it will serve as a basis for timely selection and reward of party members who have excellently completed their annual tasks, moving towards praising party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2021 - 2025) according to the regulations of the Central Executive Committee.
At the same time, launch extensive emulation movements throughout the Party, especially promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of 142 outstanding young Party members who were recognized at the conference. Each comrade needs to continue to maintain moral qualities, innovate working style and methods scientifically, creatively, closely following reality, upholding the spirit of serving the Fatherland and the People.
