Meanwhile, the People's Committees of localities urgently review equipment at the People's Committees of wards and communes and then arrange to complete the information technology infrastructure. This is to maintain stable operation of digital platforms and ensure information safety and security, to be completed no later than June 28.
At the same time, urgently provide a list of official officials and civil servants assigned to work in wards and communes so that the Digital Transformation Center can create accounts and set up and configure them for use on the system.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of the district, town and Thu Duc City presides over the implementation of the handover of electronic records and data starting from 5:00 p.m. on June 30. The Department of Science and Technology synthesizes and immediately proposes the list and equipment registered by the wards and communes and the equipment plan, to be completed before July 11; urgently registers digital certificates for 168 wards, communes and special zones to ensure conditions for processing records in the electronic environment. Meanwhile, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department develops plans and plans to ensure security, safety and order at the headquarters of the new wards and communes to be put into operation starting from July 1.
