Introducing award-winning dance works of Ho Chi Minh City on the movement to create works on the theme of learning and following Uncle Ho

On the evening of November 27, the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials coordinated with the City Drama Theater to carry out a program to introduce award-winning dance works of the Campaign to compose, stage, and promote literature, art, and journalism with the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" for the period 2021-2025.

By combining many art forms: dance, drama, music , the program has been staged by the City Drama Theater into a series of rich content, bearing historical and social imprints, praising the homeland, country and people of Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby highlighting the diversity, attractiveness and contributing to more effective promotion of award-winning dance works.

The show introduced a number of award-winning dance works such as: The Road on the Sea (script: Le Van Hai, B prize), Green Smile (script: Pham Gia Suon, C prize), Boarding House (script: Meritorious Artist Ta Thuy Chi, B prize), Sharing a Faith in Victory (script: Master Huynh Hong Diem, C prize).

In addition, the program also introduces an excerpt from the play " Where there are enemies, we just go" (author Nguyen Vu), with the participation of Meritorious Artist Viet Ha, Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Huynh Thanh Trung, Hong Pham, Doan Thanh Phuong, and Do Thuy.

Singers Le Thu Hien, Doan Dai Hoa, Duong Ngoc Ha, Mat Ngoc singing group, Lac Viet singing group, 135 singing group also participated in the program with performances, medleys Storm Rises - Saigon Rises - Country Full of Joy, National Defense Army - Forgetting Yourself for the People, songs Cau Ho Ben Bo Hien Luong, Song of the Pioneers, City of Love...

Through the program, the organizers hope to send to the audience the unique and distinctive beauty of dance works, vividly depicting the cultural and artistic life of Ho Chi Minh City in general and dance in particular.
