Voters want to make effective use of redundant headquarters

On November 28, the delegation of Unit 28 of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council had a meeting with voters in Binh Co ward before the 6th session of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, term X, term 2021-2026.

Speaking at the meeting, voters said that since the implementation of the 2-level local government model, the paperwork related to land and measuring to make red books has become more difficult; having to hire an outside unit makes the cost much higher.

Meanwhile, voter Vu Duy Dang suggested that there should be synchronous investment between localities after the merger and implementation of the 2-level local government model. Resources must be invested equally, and there should be no distinction between communes and wards to avoid uneven development.
