On the morning of November 28, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced that it had issued an urgent document directing response to storm No. 15.
From 7:00 a.m. on November 28, all cruise ships, transport ships and fishing vessels in Lam Dong province will temporarily stop operating at sea until further notice. Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has assigned localities to urgently call and guide ships operating at sea, especially in areas expected to be directly affected, to quickly move to safe anchorage.

Lam Dong province requires departments, branches, localities and Phu Quy special zone to continue strictly implementing previous instructions, at the same time raising vigilance, proactively deploying measures to prevent, avoid and respond to storms with the spirit of "worry about expensive - happy about unsold".

Due to the impact of storm No. 15, from the afternoon of November 27 until now, strong winds combined with high tides have caused waves to hit the embankment in residential area 1, Mui Ne ward, Lam Dong province, sweeping away many coastal protection sections, affecting many houses and shops.

The People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward and relevant departments were present to record the situation, advising people to evacuate their belongings and limit their stay near dangerous areas. Local authorities also advised people not to stand around watching the big waves crashing into the shore, causing insecurity.
