Launching the model project 'Green Space – Union Relaxation Corner'

In anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, in response to the 2026 Workers' Month, and to implement activities to build a green, clean, and beautiful working environment, the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union, in coordination with the Kim Lien Kindergarten Trade Union, organized the launching ceremony of the pilot model "Green Space - Trade Union Relaxation Corner".

This is a practical and meaningful activity, aiming to concretize the emulation movements of the Trade Union organization, while also demonstrating concern for the spiritual well-being of cadres, teachers, union members, and workers.

Attending the program was Comrade Le Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Department and Head of the Women's Affairs Propaganda Department of the City.

Speaking at the program, the Chairperson of the Trade Union of Kim Lien Kindergarten said: Immediately after receiving the plan to implement the model from the ward's Trade Union, the school's Trade Union Executive Committee proactively developed an implementation plan, reported to the Party Committee for guidance, and closely coordinated with the School Board to implement it.

After surveying and selecting a suitable location, the school proceeded to arrange greenery, landscaping, a resting area, and a union activity corner, ensuring harmony and friendliness with the educational environment. In particular, the model received positive support from staff, teachers, and union members through their contributions of ideas, labor, and direct participation in completing the space.

Beyond simply creating a green landscape, the model is also designed as a "spiritual touchpoint" for union members – a place to rest, relax, and recharge after work; a place to meet and share experiences in work and life; contributing to building a more humane, cohesive, and happy working environment.

In particular, within the "Green Space - Union Relaxation Corner" area, the school's Union has established a library of legal and lifestyle books with a wide variety of titles on labor law, life skills, child rearing, culture and society, healthcare, and building happy families. This contributes to spreading a reading culture, improving the spiritual life, and equipping union members and employees with additional knowledge and skills.

Representatives of the Kim Lien Kindergarten Trade Union expressed their joy and excitement at the launch of the "Green Space - Trade Union Relaxation Corner" model. They thanked the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union, the school's Board of Directors, and the school's Trade Union Executive Committee for their continued care and attention to the spiritual well-being of the staff, teachers, and workers; creating a green, friendly, and welcoming space for members to rest, relax, read, practice yoga, and exchange professional knowledge after work.

Union members also affirmed that the model not only helps improve the working environment but also creates more cohesion and sharing within the school's teaching staff; thereby further motivating each staff member and teacher to continue to compete in labor, creativity, and successfully complete their assigned tasks.

At the same time, we pledge to work together to preserve, maintain, and enhance the effectiveness of the model so that the "Green Space - Union Relaxation Corner" truly becomes a meaningful activity spot, contributing to building a green, friendly, and happy educational environment.

Within the framework of the program, the leaders solemnly and enthusiastically launched the "Green Space - Union Relaxation Corner" model. From a small but thoughtfully designed green space, the model not only creates a friendly landscape within the school but also spreads a positive message about building a happy working environment and improving the spiritual life of union members and employees; further affirming the role of the Trade Union in accompanying, caring for, and motivating members to work with peace of mind and commitment to the agency and unit. It is certain that from this small, refreshing green corner, the humanistic values and spirit of solidarity of Kim Lien Kindergarten will be further and more strongly disseminated.
