Bloc representing 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups: 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups symbolize the spirit of solidarity, harmony, coexistence and development on the S-shaped land. Vietnam Veterans Bloc: During the great resistance wars of the nation, Vietnam Veterans have gone through glorious years, fighting across the battlefields, being resourceful, brave, ready to fight and sacrifice; together with the army and people of the whole country, establishing many glorious feats. Today, promoting the fine tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", comrades continue to participate in building and protecting the Party, the government and the people, setting a shining example, inspiring the revolutionary spirit to the younger generation.
Former People's Public Security Forces of Vietnam: With a glorious, steadfast and indomitable tradition, generations of former people's public security officers have not been afraid of hardships and sacrifices, holding guns to fight on the battlefields, and have faced dangers on the front line of crime prevention and control.
