On the very first day of the holiday, the atmosphere in the white plateau of Bac Ha became more bustling than ever. From early morning, streams of tourists flocked to the attractions, with the hydrangea hill in Ngai Ma village attracting a large number of visitors.

More than just a tourist attraction, this place is gradually establishing itself as a new tourism product, aligning with the current trend of tourists seeking nature, green spaces, and authentic local experiences.

The hillsides are covered with hydrangeas in a variety of colors, becoming a highlight that attracts tourists during the holidays.

Coinciding with the long holiday, the hydrangea hills enter their peak blooming season. Thousands of hydrangea plants burst into color on the hillsides, creating a space overflowing with hues ranging from blue and pale purple to pristine white. According to Mr. Uong Manh Hoa, manager of Pac Kha Sky Garden hydrangea hill in Bac Ha commune, the hydrangea cultivation model was implemented four years ago, initially facing many difficulties in terms of care techniques. However, thanks to suitable climatic conditions and perseverance, the model has gradually proven effective and started attracting tourists from 2025. Especially this year, the flowers bloomed profusely during the holiday, so there were many tourists and locals coming to visit and take pictures.

The smiles and captured images are not just mementos of a trip, but also a way for each person to preserve their own unique flower season.

In Bac Ha, developing tourism products based on natural advantages is a suitable direction.
