Bac Ha: Many important projects commenced and inaugurated.

On the afternoon of May 23rd, Bac Ha commune held an inauguration ceremony for the Bac Ha Regional Medical Center; commenced the construction of the residential area combined with a cultural and tourism village south of Na Co Lake; and also reported on two investment attraction projects in the area: the Ngai Thau Plateau Cultural Tourism Village and the Say San Hill Commercial and Resort Service Complex.

Attending the ceremony were comrades Giang Thi Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Vu Quynh Khanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Thanh Binh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of several provincial departments and agencies; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Bac Ha commune; representatives of investing enterprises; and a large number of local officials and people.

The Bac Ha Regional Medical Center project has a total investment of 253 billion VND, with a capacity of 250 beds, on an area of ​​over 5.1 hectares. The project includes areas for examination and treatment, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, emergency care, intensive care, along with a comprehensive and modern technical infrastructure and equipment system.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Chairman of the Bac Ha Commune People's Committee, said that the opening of the Bac Ha Regional Health Center will create more favorable conditions for healthcare for the people in the area and surrounding regions. People will have access to high-quality medical services right in their locality, reducing the difficulties in transferring to other hospitals for examination and treatment.

Also on the afternoon of May 23rd, Bac Ha commune held the groundbreaking ceremony for the residential area combined with a cultural and tourism village south of Na Co Lake. The project has a total investment of over 572 billion VND, covers an area of ​​over 61,700 m2, and includes 100 terraced houses combined with the development of cultural and tourism spaces.

According to Mr. Bui Minh Hai, this project is of significant importance to the urban and tourism development of the locality. When completed, the project will contribute to changing the appearance of the area south of Na Co Lake, creating jobs, and promoting the development of services, trade, and tourism.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ha commune also affirmed that the locality will continue to support and create favorable conditions for investors during the project implementation process; at the same time, strengthen supervision to ensure that the project is implemented correctly according to the plan, preserving the environment and the lives of people in the surrounding area.

At the program, delegates also received information about the Ngai Thau Highland Cultural Tourism Village project and the Say San Hill Commercial and Resort Service Complex.

Specifically, the Ngai Thau Highland Cultural Tourism Village project covers an area of ​​100 hectares with a total investment of approximately 700 billion VND. The project aims to develop a tourism space associated with terraced rice fields, a horse racing track, resort accommodations, an agricultural cultural village, and experiential tourism farm models.

The Say San Hill Commercial and Resort Complex project covers an area of ​​approximately 35.5 hectares, with a total investment of about 1,000 billion VND, including a hotel, resort villas, commercial housing, along with a system of landscaping, flower gardens, and tourism services.

The simultaneous implementation, commencement, and promotion of numerous projects in the fields of healthcare, urban development, and tourism are expected to create further impetus for the development of Bac Ha commune in the coming period; gradually forming a synchronized urban, service, and tourism space, effectively exploiting the potential and advantages of the locality.
