Ready for the 1st Provincial Party Congress

The preparations for the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term have been fully and closely implemented. All contents from leadership, document development, personnel, propaganda to logistics and security have been organized methodically, with clear progress. Up to now, the preparations have been completed, ready for the Congress to take place successfully.

Strong leadership and direction

Immediately after receiving the Central Party's directives and instructions on organizing the congress, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee promptly specified the tasks through a system of documents, decisions and clearly assigned responsibilities to relevant sub-committees, agencies and units. The Provincial Party Committee issued many directives, including practical plans, projects and decisions to ensure that all preparation steps are carried out strictly and in accordance with the Party's principles and procedures.

Preparations at the Provincial Conference Center - where the 1st Provincial Party Congress will take place - have been completed.

Comrade Do Van Hung, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, said: The work of organizing the apparatus to support the Congress was carried out early and professionally: 4 main sub-committees (Documents, Personnel, Propaganda - Celebration, Logistics) were established; each sub-committee has clear regulations, assigned tasks and detailed implementation plans; The Provincial Party Committee has issued a series of documents to coordinate, guide and monitor the implementation progress. These efforts create an important foundation for other preparation stages to be deployed synchronously and effectively.

Document drafting was identified as a key task in the preparation work. Based on the inheritance of the drafts before the merger, the Document Subcommittee organized editing, appraisal, and widely collected opinions from leaders, former leaders of the province, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations, ministries, central agencies, experts, intellectuals and many people. By September 12, 2025, the draft documents had received more than 1,600 comments, all of which were carefully received and explained by the Editorial Team.

During the process of discussing and adjusting the draft, there was an exchange with Working Group No. 2, Politburo ; the Central Party Office announced the conclusion and assessment of the preparation work that was basically in line with the spirit of the Central's directive. On that basis, the Provincial Party Executive Committee officially approved the draft documents to be submitted to the Congress and completed the reports and submissions according to procedures. The list of documents to be submitted to the Congress includes the political report, the review report of the Executive Committee, the draft resolution, the action program and the report summarizing opinions; these documents are currently being printed for distribution to delegates according to regulations.

Complete all missions

Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee, said: The subcommittee's tasks were implemented synchronously, ensuring solemnity, practicality and avoiding waste. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission edited and produced reports, newsletters, special pages, and special television programs to introduce the province's potential and outstanding achievements; prepared clips, billboards, posters, banners, and propaganda slogans suitable for the congress atmosphere.

In addition, the plan for live broadcasting and posting the congress program on digital platforms and the Provincial Party Committee's information portal is ready, meeting the requirements for timely dissemination of information to cadres, party members and people. In addition, the work of displaying photos and charts on the economic structure and achievements of the previous term, along with booths introducing typical products of the province are prepared to be vividly introduced in the premises of the Provincial Convention Center during the congress.

The Logistics Subcommittee has completed a detailed plan for the congress, including reception, accommodation, transportation, food safety, medical care, security, backup power supply and emergency response plans. The total number of official delegates is 415, along with about 175 invited delegates. Accommodation has been arranged at 6 suitable guesthouses and hotels; the transportation system and press operations are ensured according to the general plan.

Regarding security and safety, internal protection plans and coordination with functional forces are strictly implemented: 24/7 security patrols, security control, petitions and complaints; ensuring traffic order around the congress area. Medical and food safety teams are arranged in the hall and where delegates are staying; backup power supply plans are ready to avoid program interruptions. Activities such as incense offering ceremonies, visiting Uncle Ho Temple, Martyrs' Monument, and Tan Trao Relic Site have also been carefully prepared according to schedule.

Regarding personnel, the Provincial Party Committee has completed the Personnel Project for the 1st term of the 2025-2030 term and reported to the competent authority in accordance with the Central Committee's directives and instructions. In September 2025, the Politburo decided to appoint a number of comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold key positions in an order that ensures stability and is suitable for local leadership requirements in the new period. Decisions related to personnel have been made according to procedures, ensuring publicity, strictness and compliance with the Party's organizational process.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, after inspecting the preparation work, highly appreciated the participation of the sub-committees in carrying out their tasks to meet the set requirements, ensuring the best conditions for the Congress to take place solemnly, safely, on schedule and effectively. He also requested the agencies and units assigned to the tasks to continue to promote their sense of responsibility, coordinate closely, do a good job of preparation, and be determined to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

The sub-committees continue to review and check the details of logistics, security, document printing, reception and art programs; maintain a 24/7 on-call and situation handling regime during the congress days. Organizing ceremonies, welcoming delegates, ensuring accurate and timely information and displaying documents and products must be done meticulously to both reflect achievements and create a solemn and professional impression.

It can be affirmed that the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has been prepared with a high sense of responsibility, meticulous in every step, ensuring conditions in terms of content and organization techniques. The efforts of the Provincial Party Committee, sub-committees and participating forces have created a solid premise for the success of the Congress - an important political event, opening a new development stage of the province in the era of national development.
