From 6am to 12pm on October 27, Hai Duong City People's Committee banned all vehicles from traveling on the following routes: Bach Dang (from Hoang Van Thu Street to the end of Thong Nhat Square); Bui Thi Xuan (from Bach Dang Street to the intersection with Chuong Duong Street). Thong Nhat Street prohibits cars from traveling from the intersection of Truong Chinh - Le Thanh Nghi - Thong Nhat to Bach Dang Street. All vehicles are prohibited from stopping or parking in the area around Thong Nhat Square during this time.
