Before Ms. Lan was prosecuted and detained, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued a resolution temporarily suspending Ms. Lan's duties as a National Assembly delegate, allowing the authorities to prosecute the accused. Arrest the suspect for temporary detention.
Ms. Lan is a National Assembly delegate of the 15th term, Head of the National Assembly delegation of Vinh Phuc province, so after being prosecuted, arrested and subject to Party discipline, Ms. Lan will be dismissed as a National Assembly delegate according to the process.
