Vietnamese students excited about AI competition

On the afternoon of September 5, at Ho Chi Minh City National University, the launching ceremony of the "AI in action" competition took place in the Unitour 2025 event series.

This is an important activity within the framework of the artificial intelligence competition organized by Vietnam Television.

"AI in Action" is the largest-ever televised artificial intelligence competition with the largest prize pool ever, with the participation of thousands of students.

This is the first nationwide launch with the goal of creating a real-life playground for artificial intelligence. The competition will present problems from businesses and localities, aiming to find breakthrough AI solutions with high applicability, contributing to building quality AI human resources for the country.

The Unitour 2025 event series is not only an exchange but also a strategic bridge between the lecture hall - businesses - startup community. The event series is designed to meet 4 core goals:

Inspire and spread the spirit of "real-life AI," encouraging young people to apply technology to solve real-world problems.

Bridging the gap between "Academy" and "Enterprise" through bridging with experts in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, and innovative technology.

Provide full information to candidates: rules, exam structure, necessary skills to confidently prepare for the competition.

Building a dynamic and sustainable young AI community - the foundation for Vietnam's technology ecosystem.

No longer just ideas from the classroom and beyond the theoretical framework, a wave of exciting learning and creativity is spreading strongly in the Vietnamese student community.

Young people are proactively turning artificial intelligence into a powerful tool in research, while constantly testing and refining the latest AI models.

The students’ goal is to find breakthrough solutions to real-world problems, from optimizing small processes to solving more complex challenges. It is this spirit of inquiry and commitment that is shaping a generation of pioneers, ready to master technology.
