The Department of Industry and Trade participated in the training of the National Conference to disseminate and implement important Resolutions of the Politburo, specifically: - Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW: on international integration in the new situation, aiming to enhance the country's position and effectively take advantage of cooperation and development opportunities. - Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW: on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045, towards sustainable, stable and safe energy development. - Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW: on breakthroughs in education and training development, improving the quality of human resources, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization. - Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW: on breakthrough solutions in protecting, caring for and improving people's health, building a strong and comprehensive health system. ✍️ Participating in training helps the Department's staff understand the content, goals and key solutions of each resolution, thereby applying them appropriately to local practice. This is also an important basis for building an action plan, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development.

The Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement four new resolutions of the Politburo, including Resolution 59 on international integration; Resolution 70 on ensuring national energy security; Resolution 71 on breakthroughs in education and training development and Resolution 72 on breakthroughs in strengthening the protection and care of people's health. Informing the content of Resolution 72 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long said that the Resolution sets out six groups of tasks and solutions, including innovation in thinking and action while promptly perfecting institutions and improving the capacity of the health system. To exempt hospital fees, the State must spend an additional VND 21,545 billion each year, which according to the Government's calculations is feasible and can be balanced in the coming time.

Also this morning, the Government has just issued a resolution on the action program to implement Resolution 71 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. Most notably, the requirement is to ensure the provision of a unified set of textbooks nationwide for use from the 2026-2027 school year; and to implement a roadmap to provide free textbooks to all students by 2030.
