Located in the Southwest and Phu An wards, with a total area of 724 hectares, this project complex will form a modern urban-port center, seamlessly connecting key transportation systems and creating a new living space for nearly 50,000 residents of Ho Chi Minh City, promising to become a new growth engine for the Ho Chi Minh City megacity.

Strategically located at the intersection of key transportation routes – road, rail, and waterway – the An Tay project complex is considered a golden focal point of the northern urban area, a gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the entire former Binh Duong province and neighboring provinces, creating a dynamic economic center. The Ring Road 4, expected to be completed in 2026, will create a connecting arc between Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Long An. Simultaneously, the upgraded Provincial Road DT.744 and the urban railway line running alongside Ring Road 4 will connect directly to the new city's administrative center. In particular, the Saigon River waterway running through the area not only opens up opportunities for logistics development but also exploits the unique potential of river tourism, connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Long An and Tay Ninh (Dau Tieng Lake).

Within the overall An Tay project complex, the North An Tay urban area spans 70 hectares and has an investment capital of 11,128 billion VND, featuring modern architectural highlights. Accordingly, commercial and service buildings, reaching up to 40 stories high, not only create a new skyline for the area but also integrate office spaces, shopping centers, restaurants, and high-end services. The central park cluster, with two symmetrical parks across the DH.609 road, creates a unique green core where nature and urban life blend seamlessly, complete with educational, medical, and cultural amenities.

Adjacent to the project is the Dong An Tay urban area, spanning nearly 288.84 hectares with an investment of VND 13,564 billion. This area is strategically planned for concentrated resettlement land allocation, embodying the characteristics of an ecological urban environment. With over 61 hectares of green space, accounting for 21% of the total area, including a 24-hectare central park serving as the "green heart" of the entire zone, the project aims for a balance between development and environmental protection. The diverse range of housing types, from semi-detached and four-unit villas for the elite to commercial townhouses and social housing, reflects a comprehensive development vision, meeting the diverse housing needs of residents.

The Tay An Tay urban area, spanning 268 hectares with an investment of VND 20,851 billion, boasts a unique advantage: its proximity to the Saigon River. A future 30-hectare riverside park running along the river will not only be a scenic highlight but also create a picturesque living space where people can immerse themselves in nature. The project is meticulously planned with nearly 90 hectares for residential development, over 28 hectares for commercial services, and 6 hectares of water surface, promising a sustainable quality of life.

In particular, An Tay General Port is the economic driving force of the entire project complex. With a scale of 97.54 hectares and an investment of VND 5,621 billion, the port is designed into three mutually supportive functional zones. The cargo port area, covering 38.34 hectares with a capacity of 7 million tons per year, will become a modern logistics center, meeting the increasing import and export needs of industrial zones in the region. The passenger port area, covering 41.6 hectares with a capacity of 100,000, and projected to reach 200,000 passengers per year, will not only be a transit point but also a gateway for the development of river tourism – a unique strength of the Southern region.

An Tay General Port connects to the inter-regional transportation network.

With its unique location, once operational, An Tay General Port will connect waterway transport routes on the Saigon River, Dong Nai River, and Dau Tieng Lake, creating a comprehensive trade network, promoting inter-regional economic linkages, and elevating Ho Chi Minh City's position on the regional logistics map.

As a leading large-scale urban development project launched in the northern area of Ho Chi Minh City, the An Tay project complex is expected to create a modern living space for the city's residents. At the same time, in the future, this "port city" area will create tens of thousands of direct and indirect jobs, contributing significantly to the state budget and promoting socio-economic development for the country's largest megacity, following the high-potential commercial and tourism service orientation of leading port city models worldwide.
