The Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union highly values ​​the spirit of the Vietnam Youth Union.

In particular, "Shining Vietnamese Resilience" is a clear highlight in TCP Vietnam's long-standing partnership with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union (Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union) and the younger generation. Over four consecutive years of organizing the program (2020-2023), the company, together with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, has honored 200 exemplary young people with disabilities who have made significant contributions to the overall development of the community. This recognition not only encourages these outstanding young people but also contributes to nurturing their ideals and promoting their aspirations.

Appreciating TCP Vietnam's concern for Vietnamese youth and its initiatives and contributions to promoting the development of young talents, especially in the "Shining Vietnamese Resilience" program in 2023, a representative from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union shared: "We highly appreciate TCP Vietnam's attention and support in the 'Shining Vietnamese Resilience' journey over the past four years, helping to honor the indomitable spirit of young people with disabilities, contributing to fostering positive ideals for young people, and promoting the aspirations of Vietnamese youth."

From 109 applications from 43 organizations, 35 outstanding young people with disabilities were selected for recognition at the program. Each outstanding individual will receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and a savings account worth 10 million VND. Furthermore, this year's "Shining Vietnamese Resilience" journey will place special emphasis on supporting young people with disabilities in starting and developing their businesses.

Among the honored individuals, three young people, Bui Van Hieu ( Bac Giang ), Doan Ngoc Chien (Ha Tinh), and Bui Thi Yen Nhi (Hau Giang), whose startup projects had the greatest impact, received a special gift of 50 million VND in cash. Although not as fortunate as their peers, these young people, through their willpower and efforts to overcome challenges, have built their own careers, providing a comfortable life not only for themselves but also contributing positively to the development of the community and society.

Unexpected accidents left them confined to wheelchairs, forcing both Bui Van Hieu (Bac Giang) and Doan Ngoc Chien ( Ha Tinh ) to temporarily set aside their youthful dreams. Instead, these young men found more suitable paths for themselves. While Hieu chose online business, Chien diligently worked in online marketing at a small company. Through persistent effort over several years, they achieved their own successes, becoming shining examples of overcoming adversity and contributing to the overall development of the community among local youth.

Rising above the harsh realities of life, Bui Thi Yen Nhi ( from Hau Giang province ) has become a familiar name in the community of handicraft enthusiasts from the South to the North. Thanks to her diligence and skill, this "petite girl" has built a stable customer base with her wax flower making business. Not only does she take good care of herself and her family, but Nhi is also always ready to support and advise disabled or disadvantaged people in the community on how to start businesses so they can stabilize their lives.

TCP Vietnam's support and companionship are not only a great source of encouragement for these resilient young people but also contribute to creating a ripple effect in the community. Through this, it calls on the community to join hands in supporting and accompanying Vietnamese youth with disabilities in finding suitable and sustainable models to help them integrate into the community and confidently pursue their dreams and aspirations.
