Vietnam Youth Day

On December 6-7, the Vietnam Youth Festival 2025 will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, organized by the Central Youth Union in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union. The event aims to honor groups and individuals with outstanding contributions to volunteer work and creative activities of young people nationwide in 2025; at the same time, create an environment for exchange, experience sharing, and promote the movements "Youth Volunteers" and "Creative Youth".

The festival includes many activities of experience, exchange and commendation on a national scale. The program opens with the Journey of "Youth Volunteering , Creativity for the Community" taking place on the afternoon of December 6. Delegates will visit red addresses, learn about revolutionary traditions in Ho Chi Minh City, and at the same time exchange and share volunteer - creative models at educational institutions and businesses.

The opening ceremony of the festival will take place on the morning of December 7 at Di An Square, with the participation of thousands of union members and youth. Immediately after the opening ceremony, a festival of volunteer clubs, teams and groups will be held to connect typical volunteer models, creating a forum for exchange between young shock forces.

One of the outstanding activities is the youth performance program with the theme "Vietnamese youth firmly step under the Party flag - Pioneering into the new era", demonstrating the spirit, solidarity and aspirations of the young generation in the new development period.

In the afternoon of the same day, the "Creative Youth" experience space will open to serve children and the public. STEM - technology, IoT, green energy experience areas, along with quick innovation competitions, startup ideas and creative playgrounds for children will be arranged in a continuous manner. The program also has an inspirational exchange with typical young creative faces, scientists and entrepreneurs.

The highlight of the festival is the award ceremony of the "National Volunteer" and "Creative Youth" awards nationwide in 2025, taking place on the evening of December 7 at Di An Ward Square. The organizing committee will honor 10 groups and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in volunteer activities; and at the same time, award prizes to typical works and initiatives in the national youth creativity movement.
