Two young men drowned while swimming in the sea during rough waves.

(NLĐO) – After nearly a day and night of searching, authorities and local residents have found the bodies of two young men who drowned while swimming in the sea.

At noon on February 2nd, the My An Commune Police, Phu My District, Binh Dinh Province, reported that at approximately 9:30 AM that same day, authorities and local residents found the body of THT (18 years old; residing in My Loc Commune, Phu My District) in the local sea area.

Earlier, at around 2:30 PM on February 1st, 11 young people from several communes in Phu My district went to the beach area of ​​Xuan Thanh Nam village, My An commune to play and swim.

While swimming, D.NH (18 years old; residing in My Chau commune, Phu My district) and THT drowned and were swept away by the waves. Shortly afterwards, local residents found D.NH's body. THT's body, however, was swept away by the waves and was only found on the morning of February 2nd, about 1 km from where they were swimming.

According to local residents, the beach where the two young men drowned is usually crowded with people from all over. However, in recent days, the area has had large waves, so there were no swimmers, only these young men who came to swim and met with tragedy.
