For nearly a year, in his role as a Standing Committee member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Phu commune, Mr. Tran Tuan Viet has effectively coordinated with the government and member organizations to strengthen propaganda and mobilize the people to participate in patriotic emulation movements, consolidating the great national unity. This has contributed to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong political system in Thanh Phu commune.

Mr. Tran Tuan Viet previously held positions as Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department, and Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the former Co Do District Party Committee. From July 1, 2025 to the present, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Phu Commune.

In the early days of his involvement with the Fatherland Front, Mr. Viet spent a lot of time visiting hamlets and households to understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people. He proactively coordinated with the government and member organizations of the Fatherland Front to develop work plans and implement movements and campaigns appropriate to the actual situation.

Mr. Viet shared: “Together with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, I went from street to street, knocking on every door to propagate and mobilize people to actively respond to and effectively implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the patriotic emulation movement in the locality. As a result, people understood, trusted, and agreed to contribute over 6 billion VND alongside the State to reinforce more than 30,000 meters of embankment, build 8 traffic bridges, install streetlights on more than 1,500 meters of road, and install 25 security cameras…”.

In addition, Mr. Viet, together with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, coordinated with philanthropists to contribute to the construction of 3 solidarity houses; and mobilized 530 gifts worth 240 million VND to donate to disadvantaged households during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026...

Mr. Viet, together with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, coordinated the dissemination and education of laws; mobilized people to participate in the "National Unity for Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign; and mobilized and supported the construction of 10 successful grassroots mobilization models in various fields, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring security and order, and building a clean and strong Party and political system.

“In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune will continue to closely monitor the grassroots, listen to the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of the people to provide timely support. At the same time, we will promote the dissemination of new policies and guidelines of the Party and the State to create high consensus and unity in implementation. Through these activities, we expect to firmly consolidate the great national unity, create momentum for socio -economic development, and contribute to building an increasingly clean and strong local political system,” said Mr. Tran Tuan Viet.
