The City People's Committee issued an official dispatch on the list of organizations trading in goods and services that declare prices in the city. Of which, 181 organizations trading in goods and services that declare prices are under the management of the Department of Health; 31 organizations are under the management of the Department of Industry and Trade; 64 organizations are under the management of the Department of Construction; 44 organizations are under the management of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; 367 hotels are under the management of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In addition, districts and towns manage 252 1-star hotels and hotels equivalent to 1-star.
The City People's Committee requests units and administrative agencies at lower levels under their management to regularly inspect and control the implementation of price declaration and public posting of price information of organizations and individuals in accordance with regulations. The Department of Finance is responsible for advising and proposing to the City People's Committee to adjust the assignment of receiving dossiers on price declaration of tourist accommodation services according to the management areas of wards and communes according to current regulations. Organizations and individuals who do not comply will be punished according to Decree No. 87/2024/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in price management.
