Accordingly, the Ministry of Science and Technology requested telecommunications enterprises to strengthen plans to ensure communication, develop specific plans, and arrange officers, civil servants, and workers to ensure communication.

At the same time, units deploy solutions to ensure network security; ensure smooth communication to serve the communication needs of state agencies, organizations, businesses and telecommunications service users.
