This is a massive boulder weighing approximately 200 tons, yet it manages to stand perfectly balanced on a much smaller, pointed rock outcrop, with a contact surface area of only about 30 cm.
At first glance, this rock looks as if it's about to roll down due to its excessive weight compared to its base, but that never happens. Over the course of time, this block of rock has remained in the same place without falling.
Legend has it that if you simply place your hand on the stone and leave a wish, all your wishes will come true.
For many years, locals believed this masterpiece was carved by ancient Britons. However, research has proven this to be incorrect. Scientists have confirmed that Idol Rock was formed by natural erosion over 18,000 years.

Similarly, the cluster of rocks of various sizes in this area were all formed by erosion many years ago.
This is a limestone area spanning approximately 300 hectares, containing over 200 large and small rocks created by natural weathering processes. These rocks were formed about 300 million years ago, when this area was a shallow sea.
Later, sea levels dropped, exposing the limestone layers, which began to weather. The rocks were eroded by water, ice, and wind, giving them incredibly unique shapes.
The area where Idol Rock is located is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors from all over the world . It's known as the "Garden of Eden of Rocks." Idol Rock attracts a huge number of tourists who visit and take photos there every year.
