Increase tax management for business households

The City People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on strengthening tax management for business households and individual businesses; promoting the implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers.

Accordingly, the Tax Department of Region XII and related departments, branches and sectors will increase sharing and connecting information and databases on individual business households; synchronize and standardize data between departments and branches according to population management data in Project 06 (Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, vision to 2030) of the Government and help tax authorities manage taxes closely to the actual business situation in the area, contributing to creating an equal and healthy business environment.

The People's Committees of districts and towns shall direct the People's Committees of communes, wards and affiliated specialized agencies to coordinate with tax authorities in tax management of business households in the area, paying special attention to individuals engaged in e-commerce activities, livestream sales, and individuals renting houses in the area; coordinate in implementing tax administrative decisions. The district business registration agency shall coordinate with tax management agencies in granting and revoking business registration certificates under the one-stop mechanism.
