All administrative procedures processed at the Center are built on the province's electronic one-stop service software system; 100% of dossiers and administrative procedures are closely monitored from the reception, processing, and delivery of results, and coordination with the provincial Post Office through public postal services is carried out in collecting fees, charges, and taxes...
The handling and response to requests and suggestions from individuals and organizations regarding administrative regulations at the Center are carried out seriously in accordance with regulations. The province has deployed many additional communication channels between the government and the people, such as the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Administration Portal on the Zalo application, the "Online Q&A" channel, feedback and suggestions via hotline numbers, the 1022 call center, Tay Ninh Smart, and especially through the province's Digital Transformation Center... Many specific issues, regulations, policies, and administrative procedures are also raised by individuals and organizations and answered directly and publicly by competent authorities in accordance with regulations.
The Center regularly collaborates with relevant agencies to enhance public awareness campaigns for citizens and businesses when they come to the Center to handle administrative procedures. This includes designing and installing promotional boards and banners, broadcasting announcements on the provincial radio and television station, the provincial electronic information portal, and the provincial public administration portal; sending SMS messages to citizens and organizations, encouraging people to use full-process online public services and submit/return documents via public postal services on the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn) and the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.tayninh.gov.vn) to reduce unnecessary costs for citizens when carrying out administrative procedures.
Implementing the "4-in-1" approach for land-related administrative procedures at the Tay Ninh City branch of the Land Registration Office at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center. This "4-in-1" approach (receiving, appraising, signing, and returning results) is implemented at the Center in the process of receiving and returning results for procedures related to mortgage registration and cancellation; correction of land use right certificates; and updating citizen identification on land use right certificates.
Currently, the implementation of the "4-in-1" system at the Center has contributed to reducing costs and waiting times, and promptly resolving administrative procedures for individuals and organizations as requested, thereby building trust and satisfaction among the people with the services provided by the Public Administrative Service Center. In May 2025, the Center received and processed a total of 732 applications under the "4-in-1" system for individuals and organizations.
Furthermore, the implementation of an integrated process for handling administrative procedures between the Tax Department and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in the areas of tax calculation and determination of financial obligations has facilitated citizens by eliminating the need for multiple trips between the two agencies. Instead, they can simply go to a single location, the Public Administrative Service Center, to submit documents, receive tax notices, pay fees and charges, and receive results directly or through public postal services as prescribed.
In addition, the Center has implemented online payment through the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal to determine land-related financial obligations for individuals and organizations. In May 2025, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center issued 507 tax notices.
In the coming period, the Center will continue to effectively manage its personnel, regularly monitor, supervise, and remind civil servants and officials to perform well in receiving and returning administrative procedure results at the counters, creating favorable conditions for the quick and timely resolution of administrative procedures for citizens and organizations when they come to the Center to resolve administrative procedures, always placing the satisfaction of individuals and organizations as the measure of the Center's operational effectiveness.
