Increase the rate of people using full-service online public services

Currently, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center continues to operate effectively. On average, the Center receives more than 500 people every day to resolve administrative procedures.

All administrative procedures brought into the Center are built on the province's electronic One-Stop Software System; 100% of records and administrative procedures are closely monitored from the stage of receiving, processing and returning results, and at the same time coordinating with the Provincial Post Office through public postal services in collecting fees, charges, paying taxes, etc.

The work of handling and reflecting on individuals and organizations' recommendations on administrative regulations at the Center is strictly implemented according to regulations. The province has deployed more communication channels between the government and the people such as the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Administration Portal on Zalo application, the "Online Q&A" channel, reflecting and recommending via hotline numbers, Call Center 1022, Tay Ninh Smart, especially through the province's Digital Transformation Center... Many specific issues, regulations, policies, and administrative procedures are also asked by individuals and organizations and directly and publicly answered by competent authorities in accordance with regulations.

The Center regularly coordinates with functional agencies to improve propaganda work for people and businesses when they come to resolve administrative procedures at the Center such as designing and installing propaganda boards, banners, and announcements on the Provincial Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, the Provincial Public Administration Portal; sending SMS messages to people and organizations, encouraging people to use the entire online public service and submit - return documents via public post on the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn), Tay Ninh Provincial Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.tayninh.gov.vn) to cut unnecessary costs for people when performing administrative procedures.

Implementing “4 on-site” for the group of land administrative procedures of the Tay Ninh City Land Registration Office branch at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. Implementing “4 on-site” (receiving, appraising, signing and returning results) at the Center in the process of receiving and returning results for mortgage registration and mortgage cancellation procedures; correcting land use right certificates; updating citizen identification on land use right certificates.

Currently, the implementation of "4 on-site" at the Center has contributed to reducing costs, waiting time, and promptly resolving administrative procedures for individuals and organizations upon request, thereby creating trust and satisfaction of the people with the service of the Public Administration Service Center. In May 2025, the Center received and resolved "4 on-site" for individuals and organizations with a total of 732 records.

People can submit administrative procedures online on the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.tayninh.gov.vn)

In addition, the implementation of the interconnected process in handling administrative procedures between the Tax sector and the Natural Resources and Environment sector in the tax calculation and determination of financial obligations has created favorable conditions for people to avoid having to travel many times between these two agencies but only go to a single location, the Public Administration Service Center, to submit documents, receive tax notices, pay fees and charges and receive results directly or through public postal services as prescribed.

In addition, the Center has implemented online payment on the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal to determine financial obligations on land for individuals and organizations. In May 2025, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center returned results for 507 tax notices.

In the coming time, the Center will continue to perform well in personnel management, regularly monitor, supervise, urge and remind civil servants and public employees to perform well in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures at the counters, creating favorable conditions for quick and timely resolution of administrative procedures for people and organizations when they come to resolve administrative procedures at the Center, always taking the satisfaction of individuals and organizations as a measure of the Center's operational efficiency.
