The content and targets for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle have been specified into criteria and requirements to assess the level of task completion and responsibilities of cadres at all levels; assess the quality of party organizations, cadres, party members and the results of building a comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical" unit.

The Party Committee and the Corps Command have led and directed the implementation of promoting the study and following of Uncle Ho in conjunction with thoroughly grasping Resolution 1659-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission on improving the quality of training in the 2023-2030 period and the following years. Thoroughly grasping the purpose, meaning and content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has contributed to the overall quality, mobility, level and combat readiness of the Corps to be constantly improved, the situation of law enforcement and discipline has gradually changed positively, and violations of law and discipline have decreased sharply. Through inspections by the Ministry of National Defense, the Corps is assessed as a unit that maintains regularity, discipline and good order, enhancing the qualities and image of Uncle Ho's soldiers of the Corps' officers and soldiers.
