As a leading multi-sector private economic group in Vietnam with over 22,000 employees nationwide working in various fields such as manufacturing, trade and services, resort real estate, retail, golf, etc., BRG Group, with over 30 years of establishment and development, has always placed people at the center of its development and remained steadfast in its sustainable development strategy in building its multi-sector, multi-service economic ecosystem. BRG Group always ensures a clear and attractive salary system for its employees, with a specific salary increase roadmap, and labor and welfare policies to ensure the health and safety of its employees, such as health insurance and life insurance benefits, and annual health check-ups. The "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" ranking program, chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), has been implemented by the Lao Dong Newspaper since 2014.The program selects and honors enterprises that continuously strive to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual lives of their employees, provide welfare benefits exceeding state regulations, consistently achieve business growth, ensure compliance with tax and social insurance obligations, and build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming for sustainable development in the process of integration and development.Having overcome the difficult post-COVID-19 period, the 67 enterprises honored in 2024 have demonstrated many achievements, daring to think and act, overcoming difficulties caused by the pandemic to produce and conduct business effectively.
