In order to honor businesses with strong brands and positive contributions to the national economy , the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association organize the Vietnam Golden Star Award every three years, selecting the top 200, top 100 and top 10 outstanding businesses. After 21 years of implementation, the Vietnam Golden Star Award has become a prestigious symbol of success and affirms the position of Vietnamese businesses.

Khang Dien was in the Top 200 Golden Stars of Vietnam in 2015 and Top 100 in 2018 and 2021 respectively. In 2024, for the first time Khang Dien was proud to be honored as "Top 10 Golden Stars of Vietnam 2024" at the award ceremony on December 24.
This is an encouraging recognition for the journey of continuous efforts, innovation and creativity of enterprises. To reach the top 10, companies must pass a selection round with many strict criteria based on financial parameters, contribution to the state budget and active participation in social security activities.
During the period of 2022 - 2024, the economy in general and the real estate market in particular experienced many fluctuations. Khang Dien Group overcame many challenges, steadfast in its goal of sustainable development, based on a transparent legal foundation, solid financial structure, bringing value to shareholders, partners and customers.
Khang Dien's projects launched during this period such as The Classia residential area in Thu Duc City, The Privia apartment complex in Binh Tan District all received positive feedback from the market, sold out completely and are completing the handover of houses and certificates (pink books) to customers.
The Privia – Khang Dien's most recently implemented project – is being handed over to customers ahead of schedule, bringing revenue to the Company in 2024.
