Training on some primary school subjects

On August 20, in Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training coordinated with Vietnam Publishing and Educational Equipment Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) to organize a training workshop on a number of primary school subjects, with the participation of more than 600 managers and key teachers from primary schools across the province.

More than 600 managers and teachers attended the workshop.

At the workshop, students learned about the book series "Digital Citizenship Skills Education" for primary school students of the Ministry of Education and Training . This is a document that equips students with basic skills when participating in the digital environment such as: Ensuring information security, civilized behavior online, critical thinking in front of information, protecting privacy, and the spirit of cooperation in the online space. In addition, students were updated on the teaching methods of Vietnamese and Math according to the Canh Dieu textbook series; learned how to organize flexible lessons, integrate group activities, learning games, and small projects towards developing students' capacity, initiative, and creativity; and organized experiential activities based on the set of practical equipment for Technology subjects for grades 4 and 5.

This activity aims to concretize the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training on implementing the digital competency framework for high school students, and is part of a series of regular training programs to help teachers master methods, improve pedagogical skills, and meet the requirements of educational innovation.
