On August 18, the Department of Education and Training held a training conference to improve professional capacity for preschool managers and teachers, school year 2025-2026.

The training course was attended by 240 managers and teachers from 228 preschools in the province. During the 4-day period (from August 18 to 21), trainees will learn 6 topics on improving skills in using digital technology in teaching; digital transformation and application in preschool education; using the Digital Transformation Assessment Index software; using software to support teaching and learning English in preschools; organizing social-emotional education activities for children in implementing preschool education programs; effectively integrating STEAM education into implementing preschool education programs; improving the capacity of managers and teachers on statistics in preschool education.

Through training, the team of managers and preschool teachers are equipped with more knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of innovation, contributing to improving the quality of care, nurturing and education of children.
