The organization of the training conference aims to guide local officials in charge of aquaculture to unify documents, forms, and organize the implementation of certification and commitment to food safety conditions as well as clarify the conditions for ensuring food safety in aquaculture as prescribed in Circular No. 17/2018/TT-BNNPTNT. In addition, it helps aquaculture facilities and households to better understand the general regulations on food safety management in the agricultural sector; the hazards that cause food safety loss in the aquaculture process and the measures that need to be taken to ensure food safety in the aquaculture process.
