Investors and leaders of departments and branches spoke to discuss removing difficulties and obstacles to speed up project progress.

At the meeting, the investors reported on the progress of project implementation by the management unit, the results of the implementation of the Conclusion Notice of the Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung in Notice No. 128/TB-VP, dated August 25, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Office. At the same time, the leaders of departments, branches and investors exchanged and discussed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, in order to speed up the implementation progress in the coming time.

Speaking at the working session, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung highly appreciated the efforts of departments, branches, localities and investors in the implementation process.

To ensure close monitoring of progress and timely resolution of project difficulties and obstacles, comrade Ho Van Mung requested that departments, branches and local authorities should better coordinate, with the "green channel" mechanism in coordinating the implementation of assigned tasks. Heads and leaders of agencies and localities; presiding agencies must uphold their sense of responsibility, directly handle difficulties and obstacles, ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations, in the spirit of "6 clear" to serve the monitoring, management and operation of projects.

In addition, urgently speed up site clearance work and soon complete all planning to serve the implementation of projects serving the APEC 2027 Conference.

For the project group under construction, the owners and investors urged to speed up the construction progress associated with effective implementation of investment capital disbursement, according to actual volume, with the spirit of "only working, no backtracking", "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", "eating quickly, sleeping urgently", "3 shifts, 4 shifts" on the construction site.

At the same time, urgently complete the selection of investors and contractors for projects that have been approved for investment policies with sufficient capacity, experience, and compliance with the law, and avoid any negative incidents; promptly start and immediately construct projects that have completed legal procedures...
