Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) has just announced information on changes to its business registration content. In this announcement, the company said that before the change, it had registered 58 business lines.
Vingroup’s main business is real estate. Other business lines announced include amusement park and theme park operations, short-term accommodation services, advertising, road and railway construction, etc.
After the change, the group registered 66 business lines. The added lines include sauna, massage and similar health-enhancing services (except sports activities); providing food and beverage services under irregular contracts with customers; other food and beverage services; beverage services; production of non-alcoholic beverages and mineral water; wholesale of beverages; mining of stone, sand, gravel, clay; other mining not classified elsewhere.

Previously, in early August, the group sent documents to shareholders and sought written opinions to supplement and adjust business lines, specifically planning to add 8 new lines as mentioned above.
According to the 2025 business plan announced in April, Vingroup set a target of consolidated net revenue of VND300,000 billion, an increase of 56% compared to 2024. Profit after tax reached VND10,000 billion, an increase of nearly 90%. The group's business strategy continues to revolve around three pillars: production, real estate and resort tourism .
The audited 2025 semi-annual financial report shows that Vingroup recorded consolidated net revenue of nearly VND130,476 billion in the first 6 months of the year, reaching nearly 43.5% of the set plan. The group's after-tax profit recorded nearly VND4,540 billion, reaching 45.4% of the set target.
