NDO - In the 2023-2024 school year, the education and training sector of Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province, implemented the "Happy School" model, aiming to build 100% of schools free from school violence and violations of teacher ethics, creating a school environment that is "loving, safe, and respectful".

According to the Department of Education and Training of Lang Giang District, in recent years, the Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district have consistently paid attention to and cared for the cause of education and training. The district has focused resources on investing in the construction of national standard schools, high-quality key schools, the reinforcement of school buildings and classrooms, and addressing the shortage of classrooms and preschool teachers.

To date, the percentage of solid classrooms in the district has reached 97.5%, 100% of schools meet national standards level 1, including 29 schools that meet national standards level 2. The team of administrators and teachers in all subjects and levels of education continues to be strengthened in terms of quantity, balanced in structure, and standardized in training level, meeting the requirements of the tasks well. The overall quality of education in the district remains stable and shows positive changes; advanced education is given attention.

Thanks to the proactive changes and innovative approaches of teachers, the movement to build the "Happy School" model has achieved positive results, creating significant transformations in schools and the entire education sector.

To continue building the "Happy School" model, schools are implementing various solutions to create open, green, clean, beautiful, safe, and friendly learning spaces and environments, helping students, staff, and teachers have a safe and friendly learning and working environment, creating favorable opportunities to organize teaching and learning activities and tasks.

Emphasize the responsibility of principals, school administrators, teachers, and students in building a culture of appropriate behavior within schools, contributing to the creation of "Happy Schools." Schools should promote innovation in teaching methods, techniques, and forms of education to cultivate and develop the qualities and competencies of learners. Promote the role of trade unions and union members in schools in building "Happy Schools."

The district's education and training sector and schools are increasing investment in building infrastructure and equipment to ensure educational activities, aiming for the construction of comprehensive, spacious, and modern facilities.
