Focus on building "Happy Schools" in Lang Giang

NDO - In the 2023-2024 school year, the education and training sector of Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province has deployed the "Happy School" model, aiming to build 100% of schools without school violence, without violations of teacher ethics, and to build a "loving, safe and respectful" school.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Lang Giang district, in recent years, the Party Committee and authorities at all levels in the district have regularly paid attention to and cared for the cause of education and training. The district has focused resources on investing in building national standard schools, high-quality key schools, consolidating schools and classrooms, and solving the problem of lack of classrooms and preschool teachers.

Up to now, the rate of solid classrooms in the district has reached 97.5%, 100% of schools have met national standards level 1, of which 29 schools have met national standards level 2. The team of managers and teachers of all subjects and levels continues to be strengthened in quantity, synchronized in structure, standardized in training level, well meeting the requirements of the task. The comprehensive education quality of the district remains stable and has positive changes; key education is given attention.

With the proactive change and creative exploration of teachers, the movement to build the "Happy School" model has achieved positive results, creating great changes in schools and the whole industry.

To continue building the "Happy School" model, schools have come up with many solutions to build open, green, clean, beautiful, safe, and friendly learning spaces and environments, helping students, staff, and teachers have a safe and friendly learning and working environment, creating favorable opportunities to organize teaching and learning activities and tasks.

Promote the responsibility of principals, school administrators, teachers and students in building a culture of behavior in schools, contributing to building "Happy Schools". Schools promote innovation in methods, techniques, and forms of teaching and education to form and develop qualities and capacities for learners. Promote the role of trade unions and union members in schools in building "Happy Schools".

The district education and training sector and schools increase investment in building facilities and equipment to ensure educational activities, aiming to invest in building synchronous, spacious and modern facilities. Promote building school culture; support managers, teachers and staff to improve pedagogical skills, awareness and professional ethics towards building happy schools.
