On September 19 and 20, the volunteer group "Hope Film" (including volunteers and philanthropists in Da Nang city) organized the program "Forest light, human light" to bring to Aur village activities to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, medical examination and treatment, and gift giving.
To reach the village, the volunteer group had to travel over 100km of winding mountain roads and nearly 18km of forest trails. The red dirt road was bumpy, with many sections following the mountain close to the abyss and crossing deep streams.

With the wish to bring a warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival to the children here, the members of the volunteer group did not hesitate to travel long distances carrying cakes and gifts on their backs.
Crossing many fast-flowing streams in the last days of September, Dr. Tra Trong Tan (Thien Nhan Hospital) said: "The lives of people here are still difficult, and there are few conditions for regular medical check-ups. When I see their reassuring eyes when being examined, I feel that all the hardships and difficulties of the trip become worthwhile and meaningful."

At night, in the quiet space of the green forest, only the rustling of leaves in the wind remained, suddenly, the sound of lion drums filled the forest. Colorful lanterns were handed to the children, lighting up the joyful atmosphere.
Children of Aur village eagerly join in the lantern procession, lion dance and enjoy moon cakes filled with love.

Mr. ATing Del, Head of Aur village, shared: "The delegation came to the village to examine patients and give Mid-Autumn gifts, making the villagers very happy, especially the children. We are grateful for the delegation's love and kindness. We hope that in the future, the delegation will come to our villagers many more times like this."
The program "Forest light, human light" ignites the spirit of sharing and connection from kind hearts. The spreading love brings a complete Mid-Autumn Festival to the children of Aur village, sowing more faith and hope in the border area.
Aur village is located deep in the Truong Son mountain range, isolated from the outside world, with only 23 Co Tu households and nearly 200 people. This is one of the most remote and difficult villages in A Vuong commune, far from schools, medical facilities and without phone signal.
