On January 29, at Thiskyhall Hall - Sala Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, THACO AUTO held a Conference to Deploy the 2024 Plan to set out strategies, goals and continue to improve management work in the new year.
Attending the Conference were Chairman of THACO Board of Directors Tran Ba Duong; Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO Board of Directors Nguyen Hung Minh; General Director of THACO Pham Van Tai; Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO AUTO Nguyen Thien My; General Director of THACO AUTO Nguyen Quang Bao; Leaders of member corporations; Leaders of Business Divisions, Production Divisions and Basic International Employees, Specialized International Employees, Leaders of THACO AUTO in the South and North, Leaders of Factories and Company Systems in provinces and cities across the country.
In the context of a difficult and volatile market economy , THACO AUTO focuses on implementing programs to improve and upgrade management, while deploying comprehensive solutions on production and business to complete the set goals.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized that: 2024 is the year that THACO AUTO needs to focus on upgrading management to suit the new situation, especially at provincial and municipal companies, gradually perfecting management work at the unit. In addition, it is required to develop appropriate human resources, focus on training, improve professional and management capacity for each employee, thereby creating a different strategy, improving competitiveness in the market.
At the Conference, THACO AUTO General Director Nguyen Quang Bao presented the strategy, operational plan for the period 2024 - 2027 and THACO AUTO's management.
Within the framework of the Conference, in order to recognize the contributions of employees, THACO AUTO decided to reward outstanding individuals and collectives in 2023, thereby encouraging employees, departments/units to strive to complete assigned tasks well.
