Eurowindow Twin Parks is surrounded by the 30-hectare Gia Lam Central Park.
A tranquil landscape surrounds the "homes in the park" collection, comprising upscale villas, townhouses, and shophouses.
Sharing more information about the project, a representative of the investor Eurowindow Holding states that the limited collection of high-end semi-detached villas is a "masterpiece" at the Eurowindow Twin Parks project. With an 11m frontage and a nearly 20m wide road in front, the Eurowindow Twin Parks villas offer expansive living spaces and views of the themed gardens within the complex. Developed by Eurowindow Holding, constructed by Coteccons, and professionally managed by the international management company CBRE, the project guarantees luxurious living spaces and superior service quality. The highlight of the villas lies in their timeless European neoclassical architecture, marked by innovative vaulted roofs, large square windows with unique and meticulously crafted decorative moldings.
The appraisal team surveyed the interior of the semi-detached villas in the project. They were extremely impressed with the Eurowindow double-glazed windows throughout, ensuring safety and a peaceful environment.
The interior is luxuriously arranged and decorated, catering to the tastes of many customers.
With a land area of 192m2 and a built-up area of 345m2, the villas are designed with 3 floors plus a mezzanine, optimizing living space and allowing homeowners flexibility in arranging functional rooms. Regarding the design, the developer stated that every detail, from the materials used for roads and doors in the urban area, has been meticulously and carefully selected. Instead of using ordinary concrete to save costs, the developer opted for high-quality stone paving for sidewalks and gardens. All villas and shophouses utilize Eurowindow double-glazed windows, ensuring a quiet interior and stable temperature distribution. Furthermore, the urban area offers diverse amenities such as a swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, and sports facilities for residents to relax and rejuvenate. Notably, the urban area features a spacious and well-ventilated parking building with ample parking space for all residents. The project is planned according to the open grid model of the 36 streets of ancient Hanoi. It promises to be a destination for bustling and attractive business and shopping activities. Located in a prime location just 500m from Vinhomes Ocean Park, residents also benefit from the area's complete amenities such as hospitals, schools, shopping centers, lakes, and cinemas. The spiritual life of Eurowindow Twin Parks residents is further enriched by community-building activities organized by the investor and project management team, such as beer festivals, recreating "Hanoi Corner" from the 1990s, and acoustic music nights. "Eurowindow Twin Parks is considered one of the most livable urban areas in East Hanoi thanks to the advantage of existing products ready for immediate handover," emphasized a representative from Eurowindow Holding. The appraisal team highly appreciated the meticulous investment in selecting the construction unit and especially the professional international management and operation unit, CBRE. This demonstrates the developer's dedication to constructing a luxurious architectural masterpiece, a symbol of the "wealthy neighborhood" - Eurowindow Twin Parks. It is undoubtedly a desirable green living space, completely separated from the noise, hustle, and pollution of the city.
