On January 16th, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and presented Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious individuals, exemplary elderly people, households in difficult circumstances, and businesses in Doan Hung district.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Hong Lam visited, extended New Year greetings, and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Dang Thi Vuong in An Thai area, Phu Lam commune.

Also attending were leaders from Doan Hung district; leaders from the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; the Provincial Farmers' Association; and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The delegation visited families in Phu Lam commune: Heroic Vietnamese Mother Dang Thi Vuong in An Thai area; Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh - a resistance fighter exposed to chemical toxins and Duong Thi My Duyen - a child from a disadvantaged background in Tay Mo 2 area; and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cam - 101 years old, a model elderly person in the Central area.

During her visits to the families, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Hong Lam cordially inquired about the health and well-being of the family members and expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the policy beneficiary families and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, encouraging those in difficult circumstances to strive for a better life.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 (Year of the Snake), the comrade wished all families a peaceful, healthy, and happy new year, and hoped that families would continue to uphold revolutionary traditions, strive to overcome difficulties, and encourage their children and grandchildren to actively engage in labor and production. At the same time, he requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to and care for the lives of families of those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, and assist poor households and those with difficult circumstances to improve their lives and achieve stability.

During a visit to extend New Year greetings to Duc Tuan Tea Company Limited in Bang Doan commune, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Hong Lam acknowledged and highly appreciated the company's efforts, creativity, and numerous solutions for developing its production and business over the past period. Despite facing many difficulties, the company has maintained and boosted production and improved product quality, contributing to affirming the brand of "Dat To" tea; creating stable jobs for over 60 workers with an average income of 9 million VND/person/month, contributing to ensuring social welfare in the area.
