Through a combined approach of historical documents, field surveys, and the perspectives of international scholars, the film continues the journey of deciphering historical "gaps" in the formation of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology.
A particular highlight of the film is the discovery of 21 streets named after Ho Chi Minh in Italy – a testament to the presence of Ho Chi Minh's image in the cultural life and memories of international friends.
