British fashion house explores the homeland of pandas.
Following in the footsteps of Bottega Veneta, LOEWE and Sandro, British fashion house Burberry is entering 2024 by celebrating Asian traditions in the best way possible.
Tang Wei is bright red and passionate in Burberry's Tet collection.
The Lunar New Year is approaching, marking 2024 as the Year of the Dragon. Daniel Lee is celebrating the occasion by launching his latest campaign, inviting Asian brand ambassadors Tang Wei and Chen Kun to tour the Chinese city of Chengdu. This southwestern province of China has a long history, dating back centuries, and its deep history is explored through the Jinsha site and the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
Chinese actors were spotted in bold red, while Burberry reimagined Lunar New Year staples with warped plaids. Lined knits stood out against cream, followed by psychedelic tracksuits concealed by traditional trench coats. Classic variations featured dynamic tonal embellishments, while leather tops and bottoms served as the perfect base layer, complemented by gold-trimmed handbags.
