Vinh Ancient Citadel – A historical landmark in the heart of Nghe An province.

The ancient citadel of Nghe An (also known as Vinh Citadel) is a historical site built during the Nguyen Dynasty, currently located in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. Over time, only three gates remain of the citadel: Tien Mon (in Cua Nam Ward), Ta Mon and Huu Mon (both in Quang Trung Ward), along with some sections of the moat. Due to its unique historical and architectural value, this site was classified as a National Historical Monument by the State in 1998.
