Thanh Hoa hands over houses and provides financial support to families in difficult circumstances.

On November 15, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society (CRS) organized a handover of houses and provided financial support to disadvantaged households in Thuong Xuan and Ha Trung districts.

Towards the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (November 23, 1946 - November 23, 2023), the 66th anniversary of the founding of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society (November 23, 1957 - November 23, 2023), on November 15, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society organized the handover of houses and provided financial support to disadvantaged households in Thuong Xuan and Ha Trung districts.

Representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Association presented financial support to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Dua in Mau Yen 1 village, Ha Lai commune.

In Thuong Xuan district, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh Trail Truong Son Tradition Association of Thanh Hoa province to present "Humanitarian House" to Mr. Luong Quang Thiet's family in Vanh village, Xuan Loc commune, Thuong Xuan district.

Mr. Thiet is a member of the Ho Chi Minh Trail Truong Son Traditional Association, and is in extremely difficult circumstances. His family members live in a seriously degraded level 4 house. Mr. Thiet and his wife are farmers, raising a child with developmental delays, and do not have the means to repair or rebuild the house. Understanding the difficulties and hardships of Mr. Thiet's family, the Provincial Red Cross Association has allocated a humanitarian fund to support his family in building a solid house.

At the handover ceremony, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Association presented 30 million VND to support the construction of a house for Mr. Luong Quang Thiet's family along with some household items. The Ho Chi Minh Trail Truong Son Tradition Association also presented gifts to Mr. Thiet's family.

In Ha Trung district, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Association gave 30 million VND in support to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Dua in Mau Yen 1 village, Ha Lai commune.

Ms. Dua is a poor household, living alone in a seriously degraded house, at risk of collapse but not having enough money to repair it. To help Ms. Dua build a new house, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Association decided to support 30 million VND, and the Ha Trung District Red Cross Association supported 20 million VND.
