Thanh Hoa elects two vice chairmen of the provincial People's Committee

On November 3, at the 35th session, delegates of the 18th Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council elected two additional vice chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council delegates elected Mr. Le Quang Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance, and Mr. Cao Van Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026.

In addition, the delegates of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province also elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Tien Hieu - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Le Van Trung - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Le Van Cuong - Director of the Department of Health ; Hoang Van Dong - Director of the Department of Construction.

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council also elected Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hai to hold the position of Head of the Legal Committee of the 18th Provincial People's Council; Mr. Luong Tien Thanh to hold the position of Head of the Ethnic Committee of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Mr. Le Quang Hung - new Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, 54 years old, from the old Thieu Hoa district, now Dong Tien ward, Thanh Hoa province. Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Industrial Economics, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Political Theory.

Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Hung held the following positions: Secretary of Trieu Son District Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Finance.

Mr. Cao Van Cuong - new Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, 50 years old, hometown: Hoang Giang commune, old Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.

Mr. Cao Van Cuong has academic qualifications of forestry engineer, master of forestry, doctor of forestry, and senior political theory.

Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Cuong held the following positions: Director of Pu Luong Nature Reserve Management Board, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Muong Lat District People's Committee; Deputy Director, then Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, now the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thanh Hoa.
